Connecting With Community
I am grateful for Ithaca: the community organizations that support so many, the unique small businesses, and countless smart, caring, generous people. Some of my favorites.
Every summer, I swim across Cayuga Lake with Women Swimmin’ to raise money for Hospicare. This year, I raised more than $4,000.
I support the Finger Lakes Ride for Life as a SAG driver. In the past, I rode 500-mile events and raised more than $10,000 for AIDS rides in Alaska.
I teach KimYin and other yoga practices at Blossom Yoga. Yoga and meditation are part of my own practice and inform my coaching.
Rebecca’s care and expertise have enabled me to heal time and time again. I’m deeply grateful for her.
I love Angelhearts for the delicious vegan food, the people, and the positive energy they bring to our community.
Mama Said Hand Pies reminds me of growing up in New York City. I love their food and am especially grateful for their amazing gluten-free options.
Colleen and Tim are gifts to our community. Their care, generosity, and commitment to Ithaca keep me inspired.
